I have been out and about this morning (19 January) in our lovely town of Alcester and I have been approached by numerous grateful residents who have asked me to pass on their thanks for the amount of gritting that has been done on the roads of Alcester following yesterday's fall of snow. They are delighted with the number of roads that have been gritted and I understand some for the first time. So on behalf of the residents of Alcester can you pass on our grateful thanks for a brilliant job done.
