Resident wrote to say thank you for a service: "Thanks for doing this..I know its not technically in your job remit. Its just a shame that the people in charge of the canal towpath cannot be as respon sive and thourough at their job as you and your staff are.
For the record, I think that you guys do an amazing job on the estate. You are all friendly, polite and responsive to any issues brought out. Great work guys!
