How to Nominate

Here's how you can nominate a business to receive "The WOW! Award!" There are just 6 simple criteria that must be met:-

1. The WOW! Award is only awarded to businesses. Much as we would like to see great service in every walk of life we can only accept nominations for genuine businesses. The business can be of any size from a one-man business to a multi-million pound business.
2. The experience must relate to something that happened here in the UK. The purpose of The WOW! Awards is to recognise and promote UK businesses.
3. The relationship between you and the business that you nominate must be a normal customer relationship. Please don't nominate a business that you have any personal involvement with.
4. The experience must be one that has happened to you personally. We expect you to be honest in how you tell the story. Please tell the story in your own words the way that it really happened. Your story may be published and used to promote "The WOW! Awards" so we need to be sure that we've got it right.
5. The story has to be one of exceptional customer service for the business to receive an award. We do get lots of stories of good service. But we are looking for stories that make us go "WOW!"
6. The story should be a recent one. Please do not send us stories of experiences that happened more than one year ago.

We reserve the right to use any nomination to promote "The WOW! Awards" in any medium. In addition, your story may be included in marketing material and literature published by us. We will usually publish your name and home town alongside the story unless you specifically tell us that you would prefer us not to. We will respect any wish for anonymity but will still need to contact you to verify your story.

To make a nomination, please use the form below to email Derek Williams and tell him:

• Your name, email address, postal address and phone number - so we can confirm details of your story and let you know if an award is being made.
• The name of the company you'd like to nominate.
• The company's address.
• The company's phone number.
• What type of business it is
• ...and most importantly: your story of great customer service there! Tell us what the company did that impressed you. Tell us if any one team member was responsible for great service and let us know how you feel about your experience there.
