Who is The WOW! Awards?

The WOW! Awards have been in operation since 1997 and was created from Derek Williams (CEO) having a vision of a world full of compliments and great feedback.

Too many organisations were putting too much energy and people into solving complaints.

With people being recognised for doing a great job instead of focusing on the negatives, it allowed people to feel pride in their job.

We develop and manage some of the best customer loyalty and employee recognition programs.  We have offices covering the UK and Australia and expanding each day with a client base from Utility Services, Healthcare, Property Management and Education plus more. The employee recognition programs can be adapted to fit your business however large or small, we will also offer the personal touch of the service.

The customisable Employee Recognition Program enables your customers to nominate your employees online and to give positive feedback.

We do not use any algorithmic channels from a computer to judge the nominations, we have manpower in the office reading every single customer compliment and then we make it known the person being nominated. They should know that someone has appreciated their customer service and why shouldn’t they!

The WOW! Awards is all that we do

We are making this work for you every single month; judging the nominations and coming back to you with customised certificates and/or digital certificates for the winners.  You never need worry about a customer compliment going missing again or an employee not receiving the recognition they deserve for a job well done.

Many of the larger organisations using The WOW! Awards will receive in excess of 250 customer nominations per month.  Over the last year, 34% of nominations resulted in a certificate!

In 2018, we received over 20,000 nominations from customers, all eager to submit their chosen business or individual forward for these awards. 65 Finalists presented their story to a panel of independent judges and 10 winners were selected. Huge congratulations to everyone who participated in The WOW! Awards employee recognition program in 2018.

Flexibility

Is often key to making this work.  Although we are passionate about our Employee Recognition Program, we also offer a Suggestion Management Program and Milestone Awards. Each one of these program can work independently of each other or merge them together.
